To organise and monitor the Training and Development of new entrants to the Construction Industry, following Specialist Applied-skills Programmes (SAP), to maximise the number of successfully completed programmes in accordance with individual and CITB requirements.

Are you someone who has good communication skills, is driven and has a keen interest in helping new entrants achieve and reach their potential within the construction industry? We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, well organised and works well within a team.
