Full Job Description

Accounts & Business Support Administrator (Part time - 3 days per week, Mon-Wed, 8.00 am - 4.30 pm)., As a pivotal member of our team, you'll work closely with the Services Director, Finance Director, and other team members, focusing on maintaining our financial integrity and supporting business operations. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, from Sage 50 accounts system administration to invoicing, record-keeping, debt control, and more. You'll also play an integral role in process improvement, ensuring our financial operations are as efficient as possible., Sage Software System Administration: Ensure accurate maintenance and improvement of the Sage 50 accounts system.

Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices, verify work hours, and streamline processes.

Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain precise records, manage documentation, and propose reporting efficiencies.

Debt Control: Implement effective debt control strategies to maintain timely payments.

Banking and Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support including reporting banking activities and general administrative assistance.

Inbound Sales Call Handling: Efficiently manage sales calls to support operations.

Holiday Cover: Ensure continuity of office functions during colleague absences.

Supporting Line Managers and Directors: Engage in diverse activities to aid business operations.

A minimum of 3 years experience working in an accounts based role.

- AAT or equivalent qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

- Proficiency in Sage accounting software.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
