Admin Assistant

RAD Assistance Dogs are at a pivotal stage in the growth of the charity and are hoping to bring on a new admin assistant to help with the efficient and effective running of the charity on a daily basis. This job role will allow RAD to take a step change in their growth and allow more clients into RAD and help to train more mental health assistance dogs., Dealing with correspondence from prospective clients.

- Data entry in RAD Access database.

- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations.

- Looking for fundraising opportunities.

- To work closely with Operations Manager on ADI (Assistance Dogs International) accreditation process .

Essential

- IT literate on Excel and word

- Excellent organisational skills.

- Experience of communicating with people with neurodiverse conditions and mental health difficulties

- Ability to deal with confidential client information.

- To uphold RAD's diversity and inclusion policy.

Desirable

- IT literate on access.

- Problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of Assistance Dogs

- Able to manage own workload working from home

Job Type: Part-time,

Experience:

• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
