Air Conditioning Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and building air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position based in the north of the UK with travel across the region. Engineers are paid door to door and are given autonomy to schedule their own works were aplicable.

Duties:

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning units

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems

- Repair or replace defective components in air conditioning units

- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed

- Build and assemble air conditioning systems according to specifications

- Follow schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repair

- Provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians when required

Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and components

- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings

- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues

- Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and replacements effectively

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
