Full Job Description

  • Working as part of the Operational Team to act as a first point of contact for customer and engineer support

  • Answering telephone calls to the script provided. Initially the post holder will escalate calls to the appropriate team members. Over time, the sucessful apprentice will resolve the queries independantly

  • Logging jobs via Salesforce, informing correct departments of new work order

  • Calling clients/customers to arrange engineer visits

  • Liaise with the customer, organising and implementing the enrolment of ProSync fobs

  • Updating/assigning of jobs on client portals

  • Assisting with postal duties

  • Assisting with false alarm administration

  • Data EntrRunning reports and completing data analysis

  • Any other Electrical, Physical or Fire Safe administration


  • The training you will be getting

  • Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

  • Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month

  • You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your dedicated tutor led meetings on MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies


  • TSI will train you on the following areas:
  • Salesforce

  • Portals

  • Annual Health & Safety Training

    Communication skills, IT skills, Customer care skills, Non judgemental, Patience, GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4-9) Desired

  • GCSE or equivalent English Language (Grade 4-9) Desired, The apprenticeship is 12 - 18 months and therefore, full commitment is required. This is a full time office role and generally 8:30am -5pm. The employer has indicated that public transport isn't great near the office, so a drivers license may be beneficial.
