Full Job Description
- Bake a variety of cakes, brownies, and tray bakes to our high standards (No bread or dough work).
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery area, including equipment and utensils.
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain portion control.
- Work with a fast pace in a time pressure environment
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Level 2 food hygiene required
- Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting baked goods.
- Bake for our online order preparations for Postbox Bakes
If you are passionate about baking and don't mind a repetitive, fast paced and hard working environment, we want to hear from you!, An interest in baking with previous experience and a willingness to learn. - Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A passion for baking and creativity in the kitchen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
