Full Job Description

To be the administration resource for the Property Directorate, ensuring administration processes are maintained and adhered to, providing efficient administrative support for team members.

Suitable for someone who is able to effectively co-ordinate workload and provide support to other team members. Who is able to understand information quickly and identify the relevant course of action. Has good interpersonal skills and is confident in using Microsoft Office packages to a high level and is comfortable working in a fast paced and time pressured environment. Is able to use their own initiative, works autonomously and develops effective working relation/ships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders., To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Property Directorate, including the Associate Director of Property Services, Associate Director of Project and Change Management, Associate Director of Asset Management and Development and the General Manager of Property Portfolio Planning, and their Teams, as required, to include arranging meetings, ESR approvals and diary management.

Reporting to the EA to the Director of Property, this is a varied role (as detailed within the Job Description) which will suit someone who has good time management and organisational skills, who likes to be busy, enjoys a challenge and is flexible to change.
