Cafe Assistant

Assist with cake and gelato service and barista style drink preparation in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Take orders at the till accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Operate the EPOS system
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude and a sense of humour
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

We offer an above average hourly rate, a 40 hour week or part time hours depending on your availability, daytime shifts only and opportunities for growth within the company. Please note that this position has NO ACCOMMODATION and may require standing for long periods of time. Barista experience is a plus but not essential as training will be given.
