Full Job Description

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.

  • Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction

    Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a caf team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given

  • People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service

    Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury caf s and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging Caf Team Leader to join our team.

    SALARY: 11.60 per hour + Tronc

    • HOURS:Full time - (Open 7 days a week),
  • Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance

  • Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential and opening and closing shifts, Discounts: We offer a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining
