Cashier / Customer Service

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at our retail store in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using the till system
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising tasks as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and refunds

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
