Full Job Description

This is a senior role in the business running the Campaigns team in our Norwich office on a daily basis and reporting into the Campaigns and Production Director. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of client campaigns across our display, email, data, commercial content, social media and lead generation programs. You'll manage and develop our growing team to plan and execute these campaigns effectively ensuring that we deliver or exceed these in line with our clients expectations.

This is a hands on role where you'll manage some client campaigns yourself whilst working closely with your team to ensure they deliver marketing programs on time and effectively. You'll forge brilliant relationships with our other teams to understand every opportunity to improve campaign performance across all channels and you'll be an excellent communicator capable of speaking with our biggest clients about their campaign performance.,

  • Overseeing and managing client campaigns across all of our digital platforms/brands.

  • Day to day management and development of a team of 5-7 committed Campaign delivery execs, working closely with the Campaigns/Production Director.

  • Producing analytical reports for campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Leveraging campaign data to shape forthcoming campaign strategies and make changes where needed.

  • Conducting monthly marketing assessments, and closely monitoring campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Managing workloads and output across the team alongside incoming bookings.

    If you have some people management experience coupled with a background in digital media campaigns management we'd love to hear from you., Experience working as a Digital Marketing / Campaign Manager / Project Manager for a brand or agency, ideally in B2B.

  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills and communication.

  • Knowledge and experience of media marketing strategies across email, lead generation campaigns, display ads, content and social media.

  • Experience using a CRM (we use Salesforce) and other integrated project management systems.

  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills.

  • Social media planning experience (including LinkedIn).

  • Excellent copywriting skills coupled with a creative mind for developing engaging campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace.

  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking.

  • Excellent team player - ability to lead and develop a team.

  • Prince2 Project Management qualification or equivalent is a plus.

  • Experience of using monday.com or similar project management systems is a plus.

  • Full-Time. Office based 4 days per week and one day (Thursdays) WFH.

  • 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday - Thursday. 8.30am to 4.30pm Fridays.
