Cluster Team Manager - Supported Living

Medsolve have a superb opportunity for a Cluster Team Manager to provide support to staff teams & service users within a small cluster of Supported Living Services in Ellesmere Port & East Cheshire,

• Working closely with the Area Manager to continue to provide the highest quality care and support to each person as an individual.


• You will work 4 days off shift. and work 1 day on shift at one of the local services.


• Experienced in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities, Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans.


• Have good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be successful in this role
  
  Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.


• A natural leader who has empathy at the heart of all they do


• Ideally holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or have an existing equivalent Management qualification.


• Knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to uphold these at all times.


• Standards of care and support being at the foundation of what you believe, without compromise to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved by all., Service Management: 2 years (required)


• Working with people with ld/autism: 2 years (preferred)
