Complex Needs Case Manager - North East

Empowering U Case Management are looking for person centred complex needs case managers, to include Nurses, OT's, Physios, Rehabilitation Specialists in the North East. You must hold a degree within these areas

You will be supported by the Head of Rehabilitation and Case Management as well as the Business Manager. We will hold quarterly team days and you will also receive regular supervision.
