Manage the overall operations of the cosmetics manufacturing facility, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

Oversee the production process from raw material procurement to finished product packaging, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets while minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.

Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, and supply chain, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.

Implement and maintain safety protocols, quality control procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Monitor production performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in cosmetics manufacturing to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in cosmetics manufacturing is a plus.

Proven experience in cosmetics manufacturing, with at least [insert number] years in a managerial or leadership role.

Deep understanding of cosmetics manufacturing processes, including formulation, compounding, filling, and packaging.
