Are you ready to lead the pack? Our bustling, fun-filled doggy day care is on the hunt for a paws-itively amazing Shift Manager to keep tails wagging and smiles shining! With our lively atmosphere and wag-tastic team, every day is an adventure filled with furry friends and endless fun!,

  • Supervision and Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for dogs.

  • Canine Care: Provide hands-on care for dogs, including feeding, grooming, and administering medication as needed.

  • Customer Service: Interact with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on their pets, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

  • Training and Development: Train staff on dog handling techniques, customer service protocols, and safety procedures.

  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and hygienic facility, adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all dogs and staff.

  • Reporting: Keep detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any health concerns, providing regular reports to management.

    Driving Licence: Ability to drive is essential for transporting dogs and managing daily operations.

  • Level 3 in Animal Behaviour or Equivalent: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of canine behavior and care.

  • Flexible Working Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our clients and their pets.


  • Desirable Qualities:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a pet care environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
