Full Job Description

As Domestic Violence specialist, you will work pro-actively with women, offering risk assessed, strength based, and needs-led support. You will work alongside each woman throughout her journey, agreeing on individual safety support plans as well as advocating on her behalf to achieve safe and independent living.

Juno Women's Aid is the largest domestic abuse organisation in Nottingham and one of the largest in the UK. We work with women, children, and teens who have been affected by domestic abuse in Ashfield, Broxtowe, Gedling, Nottingham City, and Rushcliffe.

We run a wide range of services including the 24-hour Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Freephone Domestic and Sexual Violence Helpline. This is where you can speak to one of our specialist trained female support workers 365 days a year.

The pay grade for this post is Juno Scale Point 17 £26,181.00 Full-Time Equivalent. You will receive a pro rata payment in line with your contracted hours of work, which are 22.50 hours per week, of £15,920.88 per annum.
