Early Years Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic caring person to join our team. Preferably someone who has experience working with babies; works well within a team and independently and can make good use of their own initiative. Someone who can engage well with children having quality interactions to support children's development as well as being able to have fun and be silly and get messy.

Roles and responsibilities include:
Support the smooth running of the daily routine
Planning and providing activities for children
Implementing policies and procedures
Nappy changing
Preparing snack and serving other meals
Completing key children's learning journeys
Participating in outdoor learning
Attending team meetings

Successful candidates must hold a relevant level 2 qualification or above.
