Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare and Education) Early Years Practitioner to join the team in our Waterside Day Care building in Tilehurst in Reading.

The post is permanent 37 hours per week - the Centre is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm (hours are worked either on an early/late shift basis or compressed over 4 days) - 52 weeks per year.

You will be a keyworker for a group of children and be part of an established, experienced team of staff to meet the needs of individual children's needs by completing relevant paperwork and working to the revised EYFS. You will model positive social interaction and play to provide exciting learning experiences. All staff are required to demonstrate inclusive practice at all times.

Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator.
Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
Have experience of working with babies and children from 3 months to 5 years., Disability Confident
