Bilborough College is a highly successful provider of post-16 education to approximately 2100 students. We are committed to excellence, innovation and opportunities for students in all that we do.

Joining a dynamic and dedicated Careers Team that supports students in a variety of ways, you will have the opportunity to develop and promote a positive growth mindset for our students, whose next steps aren't Higher Education, that enables them to progress successfully onto the next stage of their lives.

If you have the highest possible expectations for all students and enjoy challenging young people to achieve their full potential, we would love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to our students' experience at Bilborough and their life chances by ensuring they are well supported and guided to achieve their full potential throughout their journey at college, enabling them to progress successfully to the next stage of their working lives.
