Engineering Team Leader - Night Shift Are you a looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a highly motivated, and forward-thinking Engineering Team Leader - Night Shift to support our Engineering department in March. Our Beetroot operation in March packs over 17.5k tonnes each year, a site with industry-leading automation and a significant workforce, they supply the UK's leading supermarkets with fresh, healthy Beetroot products. You will be working to lead and develop the Engineers on shift to deliver an effective maintenance regime to machinery on-site within our factory.  You'll monitor work output to ensure that the highest standards are maintained, prioritise work, ensuring prompt response to break downs and actively seek improvements to systems and procedures.  Candidate Requirements for our Engineering Team Leader - Night Shift We are looking for someone who is able to work effectively both on their own initiative and as part of a wider team and strives to achieve exceptional results. Experience working as an Engineering Team Leader within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage, ideally within a food or FMCG environment.  Hold a level 2 engineering qualification mechanical or electrical beneficial.   Experience in looking for productivity gains through a variety of lean tools. Flexible approach  Effective communication skills at all levels  Supporting your teams in achieving their annual Lean Audit target score. Engaging with your teams to understand their challenges Good mix of Electrical and Mechanical experience   Working Hours: 18.00 - 06.00 - Panama Shift Pattern - Working 7/14 days, with every-other weekend off.  What we offer: 31 Days holiday per year including bank holidays. 40 hours per week Monday to Friday  Great Place to Work accredited.
