- Status report of the Order with pictures.
- Documentation status.
- Expected Plan delivery date that Vendor is proposing.
- Mitigation plan if needed.
- Pre and Post requisite actions.
- Detailed Inspection schedule.
- Sub vendor order status individually and their commitments for delivery.
- Identify the major gaps.
- Enforce timely response from the supplier to the customer.
- Overall project schedule adherance.
