Full Job Description

The farm staff are key members of the Over Farm team responsible for getting things done on a daily basis. Great team skills are a must. They ensure jobs are done in a professional manner. Having fun and delivering great customer service when demanded is essential.,

  • Working with the Farm Foreman and Farm Manager to complete daily tasks

  • Reporting of site dangers or hazards and escalation to the Farm Manager for rectification

  • Feedback of crop problems to the Farm Manager

  • Supporting to harvest in season crops

  • Carry out crop protection and fertiliser applications

  • Carry out equipment, tool and machinery repairs and basic servicing

  • Keep the workplace clean, tidy and safe

    Previous experience of tractor driving and a good understanding of farm plant machinery

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal

  • Possess a clean driver's licence

    The hours? Well, they're flexible, but we would ideally like 40 hours of your time per week. This is a seasonal job, with working drying up mid November but for the right person we could look to extend!
