Full Job Description

Sandwell is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner - HRA and Housing (GF) who reports to the Head of Finance Business Partnering - Place. The role will be responsible for providing the finance business partnering service to the Housing Departments.

You will be a qualified accountant with experience of business partnering and providing financial support to a council with a Housing Revenue Account.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop the finance business partnering approach and lead on the internal finance support to the Housing Revenue Account Business Plan. A consistent and high quality standard of financial management across the organisation is the aim with the Council committed to ensuring all staff both finance and service managers are trained with the appropriate skills.
