Full Job Description
Begin your journey as the No. 2 reporting to a part time FD with the opportunity of progression within the first 12-24 months. An exciting role whereby you can put your own stamp on the business and have the autonomy to create your own finance function.,
- Overseeing and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Preparation of management accounts
- Overseeing management and of monthly payrolls
- Overseeing management of debtors and creditors
- Reconciliations
- Petty Cash, Expenses, Accruals, Payments
- Financial support to wider team
- Month end procedures
- Management of team of three
Relevantly qualified or qualified by experience (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - Strong communicator and team player
- Extensive knowledge of working within an SME (manufacturing SME experience would be advantageous).
- IT literate/tech savvy with advance Excel skills
- Understanding of cash flow and available funds within an SME
