Full Job Description

  • Advising customers of the best vehicle to meet their needs

  • Calculating quotations for customers

  • Building & maintaining good relationships with customers

  • Using internal systems to generate bookings and create rental agreements

  • Processing and recording customer payments and ID checks

  • Possible handover and demonstration of the vehicles being hired

  • Recording damages of the vehicles when required

  • Assisting with deliveries and collections of vehicles when required

  • Assist your supervisor with the administration and coordination of the fleet of motor vehicles.

    Friendly, outgoing, professional and driven

  • A positive attitude and professional appearance.

  • Good knowledge of vehicles

  • Excellent phone manner & communication skills

  • Ability to work within a team and also on your own

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to learn and retain new skills and information

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • A full UK manual driving license

  • Flexible working hours possibly including weekends and public holidays, however we will always try to accommodate

  • Previous experience in car rental or vehicle body shop or dealership would be useful but not necessary.

  • A positive can do attitude, Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
