At ARC we consist of 3 brands; Banyan, Manahatta and BOX. We currently operate 20 locations across the UK and we are very excited to open our 21st venue in Nottingham! With plans to open more venues in 2024, we aren't slowing down anytime soon!

Salary from £38,000 DOE with an additional potential bonus of up to £16k per year. 45 hours per week.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional who can lead an amazing team in this BRAND NEW glamorous, New York inspired cocktail bar. Previous people management and hospitality experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience running a venue of high volume and be passionate about delivering 'Nobody Does It Better' service to guests, whilst caring about every single one of our team members.
