Global Mobility & Reward Manager

As our Global Mobility & Reward Manager, you'll be the architect of seamless transitions for our team members whilst keeping on top of legislations. Collaborating with the Head of Reward and Global Mobility, your role will involve developing and implementing strategies designed to recruit, engage, and facilitate the global movement of our workforce, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and be the main point of contact for relocation management, ensuring our global team members glide effortlessly across markets.


• Shape our global mobility playbook, staying ahead of the curve with a finger on the pulse of international legislation and trends.


• Navigate the labyrinth of immigration laws alongside legal teams, ensuring every visa and work permit aligns flawlessly.


• Skillfully oversee external providers to maintain premium service provision and compliance with established quality benchmarks.


• Fine-tune our compensation and benefits framework for our worldly workforce, ensuring it's both robust and competitive on a global scale.
