Ground Worker / Fencer / Bricklayer

Our growing Groundwork, brickwork and fencing department requires that 2 experienced Groundwork's/fencers/bricklayer to join our team to complete reactive and planned maintenance repairs in domestic/residential homes.

Daily Duties will include

• Paving (slab, brick and Block)


• Concrete, paths, Driveways and repair


• Tarmac laying (Small areas by hand)


• Bricklaying (Boundary walls and repairs)


• Fencing (all kinds)


Working as the lead tradesman in a team of 2 carrying out repairs and re instatement of paving, patios, driveways, pathways, fencing, tarmac and brickwork repairs


• You will need experience of Driving a medium size Flat bed van


• Knowledge and experience of reactive and planned maintenance groundwork would be an advantage


• Experience of Working safely in line with HSE and industry standards, Bricklaying: 2 years (preferred)


• Groundwork and/or Fenceng: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)


• Driving Licence (required)


• DBS Check (required)

Salary and Hours

• Working Hours are On-site for 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday with a 1 hour break.


• Overtime and weekend working is available


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £31,200.00-£39,000.00 per year
