Perform general maintenance and repairs on MOD establishments
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Repair or replace broken or damaged assets
- Carry out general plumbing repairs - Carry out general building repairs including tiling, basic joinery tasks, plastering (desireable), brick repairs, fencing, flooring, windows etc
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area

Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills

Skills:
- Carpentry skills for repairing or installing structures, furniture, or fixtures.
- Plumbing skills for repairing or replacing pipes, faucets, toilets, etc.
- General repair skills for fixing broken items or performing maintenance tasks.
- Time management skills for completing tasks efficiently within deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills for identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
- Communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their needs.
