Head of Agriculture & Environment Product Management

Here at Cawood we are looking for a Head of Agriculture & Environment Product Management to join our team in the UK.
This role will own the full Agriculture and Environmental testing portfolio, responsible for ensuring portfolio meets current needs of the market and is evolving to meet future growth targets.
This is a hybrid position based between home and Cawood/Client sites.
Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to meet revenue, margin, and pricing targets for portfolio servicing the agriculture market


• Portfolio planning and prioritization to deliver the strategy, including business case development for new offerings and effective launch of new offerings,


• Managing on-market products to ensure products/services are well positioned vs competition, continue to meet customer needs, and meet profitability targets with sustained quality


• Rationalize Agriculture and Environment testing portfolio when needed


• Work closely with leadership to develop annual 5-year strategy and budget


• Lead marketing/product workstreams on year-long strategy deployment teams


• Partner with M&A team to identify attractive targets for acquisition and own diligence workstreams when we initiate a process#
  
  Demonstrable experience within product management or related commercial role (required)


• Leadership skills - ability to develop and manage teams


• Strong influencing skills


• Experience within Grain or Ag-related industry (desired)


• Demonstrable technical (R&D, product development) role (desired)


• Bachelors degree required, business or technical field desired


• MBA (desired)
