Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to join our team. As an ARM you will work very closely with our Restaurant Manager to oversee the full day to day running of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Deputising for the RM in their absence


  • Inspiring and leading the FOH team of 8


  • Staff training and development


  • Wine list development


  • Achieving financial targets


  • Delivering an exceptional guest experience


  • Ensuring our principles and ethos are instilled across the team and operation

    Applicants should ideally have gained experience in similar quality establishments, be strong team players with excellent communication skills and above all possess a real passion for food and drink.

    Henrock is located at the stunning 5 star Linthwaite House Hotel boasting fantastic views over Lake Windermere. Our fine dining 3AA rosette restaurant Henrock is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday and lunch on Sundays, we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
