Full Job Description

  • Various care duties in your client's homes including: assistance with personal hygiene, support with medication, dressing and grooming, housework, laundry, shopping, taking people out and about, help with correspondence, befriending, and companionship.

  • Support clients to develop and maintain independence, encourage and promote physical and mental wellbeing.

  • Liaise with client, client's family and/or advocate regarding client's care and report any changes.

  • Work as part of a team communicating with other care staff to ensure safe and effective care

  • Liaise and work in partnership with other health and social care professionals e.g., GP, district nurses, OT's, etc., to ensure full support and timely intervention

  • be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS search and provide satisfactory references.

  • have a good working vehicle and driving licence - Driving is essential

  • be 18 years of age or over

  • be located in the UK and authorised to work in the UK

    We have full and part time work - we do ask the following as our care is 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. All staff must work:

  • a minimum of one evening a week

  • One weekend shift (anytime up to 6 hours) every other weekend

  • You must have a car or vehicle

  • £12.95 to £14.80/hour and up to £15.50 at weekends PLUS 35 to 45p per mile, we are confident we that we have some of the best working conditions in the industry.
