Full Job Description
- Ensure deliveries are dealt with correctly
- Scanning and sorting import and export shipments
- Assist with stock control
- Liaising with other divisions such as Customer Service to ensure all requirements are met
- Import and Export Customs Entries
- Manual Labour at times
Must be proficient in CCS & CNS (CHIEF) Descartes online systems. - Import/Export Freight Forwarding, Air Freight
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience within Administration
- Good PC skills
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience with Scanning/Logistics/Airport Security would be desirable
- Able to handle new challenges and work independently
- A team player and the ability to multi task & work under pressure to meet required deadlines.
- Physically fit to do manual labour
