Information Signpost Advisors (Part Time)

Work in partnership with Organisations - Make and support appointments with professionals alongside and on behalf of clients as necessary. Encourage full understanding of Luton Foodbank with external organisation and individuals

Client Data - Develop personalised SMART action plans with clients, once you have identified and agreed necessary steps with the client to overcome their crisis, while taking into consideration the client's ability to complete the action plan. Where clients are repeat or long-term users of LFB, liaise with the Office Coordintor, Operations Director and referrers to ensure clients are receiving adequate support. Ensure GDPR and other recording and data storage is followed

Networking - Participate in local networks and meetings, to enable clients to gain maximum information, advice and access to opportunities in the area. Work with local organisations to provide advice and opportunities in appropriate areas such as benefits, employment, health, housing, education and training. Promote the work of Luton Foodbank to help other organisations and individuals understand its mission, purpose and operations.
