Information and Signposting Officer

£24,496-£29,439 pa

Fulltime 37 hours per week.

Hearing from patients and users of health and social care to help improve services is at the core of what we do. As well as helping people find additional support and help, it also means we can understand the challenges and issues of Norfolk’s residents and decide where to prioritise our work.

We are looking for an Information and Signposting Officer to help us do this. We need someone who can listen to people’s health and care-related concerns, log them, and help them find services which can help them further.

The Information and Signposting Officer will need to be able to interpret people’s feedback in a well-structured and visual way to make sure the information and data we gather can be shared and understood by everyone. Working alongside our project team to collate and analyse data, and help present these findings, is a key part of the job.

We are seeking an individual who is well organised and detail-oriented, but also has strong communication skills and can work with people at all levels of an organisation as well as the wider public.

You will normally be based at our offices in Wymondham and will be expected to travel for research or to attend meetings in Norfolk so you must have access to your own transport.
