Full Job Description

We're excited to announce a newly created opportunity to join our small yet dynamic team as an Internal Sales Executive.

What does the role entail?

  • Generating new business to achieve our targets in line with those of your role.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets

  • High daily activity based around set KPI's (inbound/outbound calls, activities, opportunities, quotes to order conversion)

  • Initiate and develop new sales opportunities/prospecting using outbound cold calls, emails and lead follow-ups

  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities across One Brady

  • Prompt contact with incoming leads and follow ups

  • Quoting/follow ups for the Field Sales Executive where required

  • Daily Account Management - customer retention and growth

  • Contacting existing customers for repeat orders, upsell and cross selling

  • Answering customer questions and resolving their concerns

  • Completion of all required CRM processes and activities not limited to opportunities, quotes, activities and tickets

  • Explain and demonstrate functions and features of products and services

  • Sell products in line with profit margin and pricing directives, This position is 37.5 hours a week based at our PDC Ipswich office.

  • To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Proven New Business/Account Management experience desirable

  • An understanding of the sales cycle and processes

  • Successful candidates will be driven, energetic and enthusiastic sales people of high integrity and ambition

  • Proven team player

  • Strong administrative and phone competency skills

  • Previous sales training would be advantageous
