Full Job Description

The IT Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the IT Services Manager in providing IT support and training to our employees, getting involved in IT projects and adding value to the firm's IT provision.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provide on-site remote and face to face support to our end-users across our offices.


  • Work closely with MSP to manage helpdesk tickets, trend analysis and support with user training.


  • Manage day to day workload of the IT Assistant.


  • Monitor the IT Services mailbox, and user IT needs.


  • Support IT Services manager in Cyber Security, networking and BAU activities.


  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and mobile devices.


  • Conduct in-person classroom style induction training for new joiners, upskill training for existing employees, one-to-one sessions, desk-side training and support visits, webinars, workshops, e-learning methods, and subject-based demos as needed.


  • Proactively develop and maintain training material, documentation, quick tips and/or best practice guides liaising with the other offices as needed to ensure uniformity.


  • Build and maintain a manual of IT guides policies and procedures.


  • Research and test, as needed, Firm approved software on computers and mobile devices.


  • Attend weekly/monthly departmental meetings, and others if required.


  • Participate in IT projects that have a training requirement and assist with deployments, timely training programs and/or materials.

    A new opportunity has arisen for an IT Services Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will work closely with the IT Services Manager to provide a comprehensive and efficient IT service to employees across all our offices. This is a busy and varied role which would suit a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills. Regular travel between our Redkite offices will be a key component, making a full driving license and vehicle essential., Minimum of 2 years relevant IT experience required.


  • Ability to present training concepts and material to an audience of professional, legal, and technical personnel effectively in verbal and written format.


  • Strong attention to detail.


  • Customer focused and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.


  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.


  • Ability to work under pressure, manage workload and deliver within agreed deadlines.


  • Willingness to regularly attend all Redkite Offices.


  • Full clean driving license


  • Own vehicle for driving between Redkite Offices


  • Desirable
  • Knowledge of legal systems such as SOS


  • Advanced knowledge of the latest version of MS Office Suite, e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel; and


  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the following software's - PDF software (Adobe Pro) MS Teams.

    The working pattern consists of a standard 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm., Company pension
