IT Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks., Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment, including firewalls and DNS servers

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Experience with N-Able or other ticketing systems
- Knowledge of DNS configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with firewall concepts and basic configuration
- Previous experience working in a help desk or technical support role
- Proficient in software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Google workspace is also beneficial),

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Technical support: 2 years (preferred)


• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
