Maintenance Assistant

The company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to provide general/fabric maintenance and business support tasks at BAE Brough. The successful candidate will be responsible for planned, reactive and ad hoc maintenance tasks, weekly/monthly planned maintenance tasks, minor building fabric repairs, minor plumbing repairs and good knowledge of building statutory compliance. They should be able to provide excellent customer service to building occupants and have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management. The candidate should have a good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment and be willing to undertake further training if required. A full UK driver's license is a must, and the candidate should be able to work within a team and communicate effectively..
