Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a dedicated maintenance team: Manage a small but skilled on-site maintenance team.


• Preventative Maintenance: Identify and address potential issues in our facilities to prevent breakdowns.


• Hands-On Maintenance Tasks: Engage in a variety of maintenance activities, including handling compressed air systems, production equipment, and basic electrical works.


• Contractor Management: Oversee external contractors, ensuring all maintenance activities meet our high standards.


• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements across our facilities and spearhead new projects from design to commissioning.


• Safety and Compliance: Be a proactive member of our health and safety team, maintaining our strong safety record.


• Inventory and Procurement Management: Keep track of maintenance stock and handle the ordering of necessary spare parts.
  
  Someone with a recognised operational qualification or an apprenticeship in maintenance.


• Hold a general safety certificate or similar.


• A strong communicator who can lead and motivate a team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the company's goals and safety standards.
