Full Job Description
- A Driving License is necessary.
Responsibilities: -
To complete a variety of repair and maintenance works within domestic properties. Inluding but not limited to:
Measuring spaces, creating reports of findings, installing curtains/blinds/tvs/Mirrors/Cabinets etc.
Investigating maintenance issues and reporting findings.
Liaising with customers.
Collaborate with other team members and construction professionals on projects -
Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment
- Experience in masonry work for construction projects
- Understanding of plumbing systems for installation purposes
- Competency in roofing techniques and repairs
- Skilled in painting and finishing surfaces
- Ability to fabricate custom pieces as needed
- Proficient in the use of power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
