Full Job Description

To assist in the promotion of Eurofins UK Consumer Product Testing through the organisation and delivery of specific marketing campaigns. This could be direct to external customers or to our partners.

  • To use marketing, press and social media platforms to increase customer awareness of our brand, including the use of LinkedIn.

  • Use marketing techniques to engage customer interest in Eurofins, including creating adverts, videos other visual marketing materials.

  • Build a calendar for a continual promotion of the business across the different areas of testing and the categories of interest; initially primarily Cosmetics and Detergents but eventually to include HPH (Hygiene, Paper and Household) and Retail.

  • Lead the writing of PR material for the UK market, increase relationships and awareness with the relevant UK industry press

  • Keep local website content up to date using SEO techniques

  • Create content for customer electronic mailshots and newsletters.

  • Identify opportunities for business promotion including via print, online, events and sponsorship channels

  • Ensure high quality content is continually collected from technical and/or sales personnel for delivery

  • Liaise with the central marketing team to ensure a consistent message goes to customers in line with Eurofins brand requirements.

  • To attend Trade fairs and through other networking opportunities promote the Eurofins Product Testing brand

  • Assist the team to make proposals and presentations for new and existing customers to engage their interest in the Eurofins.

  • To anticipate and identify customers' needs and build appropriate sales materials for use by the sales and accounts team.

  • To provide return on investment analysis for all marketing activities.

  • To provide reports and data as requested by management

  • Keep up to date with current techniques and services available within Eurofins in order to promote effectively to clients.

  • To develop and maintain high quality relationships with the rest of the UK team to ensure clarity of communication in all directions.

    Degree in related subject or 2 years' relevant work experience.

  • Practical knowledge in a range of marketing activities including content creation, creative design, website maintenance, SEO, LinkedIn and executing marketing campaigns

  • Experience in B2B marketing

  • Experience using Creative Software, website content management systems and social media

  • Content generation and proof reading

  • Effective communication skills both written and oral.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • To be able to communicate to different levels within the business.

  • To be a self-starter, organised and manage own workload in a timely and effective manner.
