Marketing Assistant

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for marketing and a flair for all things digital, SEO or paid social? Heritage Rocks Group is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the marketing efforts for the group. Based at Manor by the Lake in Cheltenham., As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts. You will work closely within our marketing team to execute various campaigns, initiatives, and strategies aimed at enhancing our brand visibility and engagement., · Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.

· Proficient with Paid Social on Google & Facebook.

· Create paid advertising plans and implement on Google and Facebook Ads.

· To be ahead of the curve and a finger on the pulse on all thing's social media.

· Create engaging content for social media channels, email campaigns, and website updates.

· Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

· Writing engaging and creative blogs

· Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

· To be knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Cloud; InDesign.

· To be knowledgeable of SEO

· To update and improve, where needed, the websites across the group.

· A keen interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Creative Cloud Suite.

· A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.

· Knowledge of SEO

· A proven track record of paid advertising/social implementation. With a strong knowledge of Google and Facebook Ad's.

· Digital Marketing experience is essential.

· Creative blog writing experience preferred but not essential.,
