Full Job Description

You will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for executing marketing plans as approved and directed by the Managing Director which will include the below.,

  • Working with our SEO agency to drive traffic to our website - they also manage our website and we work with them on requested changes;

  • Between one and two weekly posts to our Social accounts on LinkedIn and Facebook;

  • Post videos to our YouTube channel;

  • Filing of content including videos and pics we use in marketing efforts;

  • Some very limited maintenance and monitoring of Google Business Profile;

  • Track data and review analytics to review effectiveness of SEO, Social Media, Website;

  • Newsletter content and then send out using Mailchimp every 1-2 months;

  • Book and organise 2 to 3 Exhibitions per annum, and you may need to attend some of these;

  • Agree and order promotional items;

  • Some work with trade press as we have opportunity for 2-3 articles per annum;

  • Some work and liaising with agents worldwide;

  • Learn the Office Manager role in order to cover this role during their absences (ordering, shipping, invoicing).


  • We are not a large company and additional duties can include:
  • Collecting parts from suppliers using the company van;

  • Some Admin or odd jobs around the business;

  • Participation and assistance on special projects.

    Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn;

  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers;

  • Knowledge of website analytics tools

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides);

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;

  • Excellent attention to detail;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;

  • Degree in Marketing or related field., Bachelor's (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
