Full Job Description

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing and communication strategies for Mammut in the UK and Ireland whilst providing support to BENELUX. You will create and execute a marketing plan that positions Mammut as the leader in the outdoor space.,

  • Responsible for managing the UK/IE/BENELUX marketing budget to support our brand awareness and growth strategy.

  • Responsible for UK/IE/BENELUX GTM marketing deliverables being delivered on time.

  • Define marketing objectives and develop marketing initiatives for the UK/IE/BENELUX related to the overall strategic planning and in line with sales promotion, product awareness and brand momentum.

  • Build and execute against a 52-week brand calendar

  • Execute the regional strategic retail programs to support all channels of sales. This should include retail programs, promotions, POS, go-to-market execution and key product launches.

  • To have a thorough understanding of our consumers, industry and competitors alike.

  • Manage and partner with our PR agency to increase our reach/following by formulating and executing engaging content to our audience.

  • Work closely with our Key Accounts and Strategic partners to deliver our marketing commitments

  • Ensure the alignment and integration of key seasonal messaging across retail, media, digital and events.

  • Support, elevate and leverage our sponsored properties

  • Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand and story telling.

  • To provide monthly wrap reports on how our marketing has come to life.
