Full Job Description

  • Assist customers by responding to online and phone queries quickly, efficiently and professionally - look to find solutions to problems and issues to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction

  • Adhere to specific third-party platform policies to ensure optimum account health - answering messages within set timeframes and guidelines

  • Proactively keep up to date with the latest third-party policy changes (e.g. Amazon A-Z claims and Chargeback)

  • Identify and monitor trends in queries and feedback to relevant departments

  • Proactively contact customers to update them on issue resolution, inform them of restock dates and respond to negative feedback left on review sites

  • Assist with ad hoc Customer Service duties which may include responding to courier emails and processing returns

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak to customers in a professional and efficient manner

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude - always willing to go the extra step to ensure that issues are resolved to a high standard

  • High attention to detail, good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Ability to simplify complex problems into manageable and achievable goals

  • Proficient in Windows operating systems such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and general confidence using internet browsers

  • Previous experience of Amazon Account Health, ODR, Microsoft NAV is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided on all systems so we would just require you to have the willingness and ambition to pick up new skills

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role and an interest in sports is also desirable
