- Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education
- Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside
- Deliver learning experiences that support children's development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child's unique needs
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis

- Must be Level 3 qualified or above.
- Have Experience with an Early Years setting ideally as Nursery Room Leader or similar
- A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes.
- An inspirational Nursery Room Leader that can develop a high performing team
