As a Nursing Associate, you'll collaborate closely with our Ward Manager, Deputy Sisters, Registered Nurses, and multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe and effective care of our patients in a dynamic and bustling ward environment., Working within clinical team with the Ward Manager, Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse, Clinical teams, Matrons, PDT and the MDT, you'll play a pivotal role in patient care delivery . Your responsibilities will be supporting patients during their care journey, enhancing their experience, upholding clinical excellence, sharing knowledge within the team .

Main duties of the job
The Nursing Associate will provide high quality care to patients with indirect supervision from a registered nurse/practitioner. The post holder will be required to play an integral role in the delivery of essential clinical care. They will provide specific care as relevant to the clinical specialty. The Nursing Associate will actively participate in direct patient care as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team within the ward/dept.
The post holder will work in support of registered nurses, doctors and allied health professionals. Supervision and teaching of junior staff will be part of the role. It is anticipated that this role will continue to develop through the acquisition of further skills, knowledge and competencies to be determined within the clinical team with the focus on patient needs.
