Full Job Description

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the reception area, providing a professional front of house service to visitors, staff and pupils. The post holder will work in the busy school office alongside the Attendance Administrator and School Business Manager and will be responsible for the school email inbox and outgoing communications to parent/carers. The successful candidate will use a range of IT systems to support the school operations including providing support to parent/carers with access to systems. The successful candidate will provide support to the senior leadership team and teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of the school., If you have lived or worked abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years or 12 months or more (whether continuously or in total) in the last 10 years whilst aged 18 or over, please refer to the link below for details for how to obtain your Certificates of Good Character.
