Full Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Analyst who will work with our team of talented FinOps Analysts and help us build the wealth app of the future.

You'll be working with one of the fastest-growing fintechs, making sure the right tools are in place to enable the team to work as a business-enabling function. You'll share your passion and experience with those around you, allowing and encouraging your less experienced teammates to step up to the challenges.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy across all balances

  • Identifying, investigating and resolving client account discrepancies

  • Ensure accurate accounting of payments transactions

  • Setup and continuous improvement of reporting and reconciliation processes

  • Work with the data team to ensure accurate reporting and distribution of information across the business

  • Transaction monitoring for risk and compliance

  • Work with the product team on new features to understand cost and process impacts

    Experience within a Finance/Payments environment

  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel

  • Experience with SQL is a bonus

  • Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately

  • There will be an expectation that you work from the office at least 12 days per month.

  • £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
